wandered into Southtown Yoga after years of hassling from her mom. She was an energetic and active teen, who marginalized yoga as a 'glorified stretching bandwagon.’ Despite her initial resistance, she was quickly consumed by the physical, emotional, and mental benefits and challenges that her practice and the Southtown community offered. She completed Southtown’s Teacher Training in 2012, developing a playful and sweaty vinyasa style that’s relatable and clear. Kiley’s practice has opened her life to endless growth and self-reflection. She recognizes that her mom was right, and admittedly, now drives the yoga ‘bandwagon.’ She considers Southtown Yoga a second home.
