was introduced to Anusara Yoga® at its inception in 1997. Since then, she has completed hundreds of hours of Anusara study including an Immersion with the founder, John Friend and a Teacher Training with internationally recognized teacher, Desiree Rumbaugh. In 2006, Brigette had found her most influential teacher, Mitchel Bleier. Brigette completed her Yoga Alliance certification in 2006 and started teaching in St. Louis, MO. In 2008, she was hired as Kashi's sole yoga instructor, traveling to 25 US cities on a 7-month wellness tour. She draws her expertise from her extensive study of the Anusara Principles of AlignmentTM and the teachings of Mitchel Bleier who embraces a vinyasa flow style supported by precise alignment
instruction. Brigette's classes are as much fun as they are challenging.
Her clear instruction takes the fear out of the poses and inspires students
to discover their full radiant potential. Brigette currently teaches local

Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Much joy is also derived from her students,
especially seeing them get excited about yoga.

has been practicing yoga for over twelve years. Eight years ago she received her teachers' training at the Solar Yoga Center in St. Louis. She also completed Southtown Yoga's 2009 teacher training with Mitchel Bleier and Brigette Niedringhaus. To continue her yoga education, Kathryn has a strong practice of her own, which includes yoga workshops, yoga camps and a daily yoga routine. She continues to learn and evolve from the support of her own teachers. Kathryn's classes include mediation, a detailed asana work out and a guided relaxation. Her teaching promotes a strong foundation of alignment focusing on the breath and movement. The classes are a combination of Hatha, Anusara and Vinyasas. Most classes are open
level. Beginners are welcome.

started practicing yoga in 1999 at the Solar Yoga Center. Shortly
there after, he discovered Ashtanga and fell in love with it. As a
dedicated practitioner, Keith made his way into the 3rd series before an
encounter with Mitchel Bleier and the Anusara teachings switched his
focus. From that point, he began studying with local affiliate teacher, Jan
Herzog, and later senior certified Anusara teacher, Desiree Rumbaugh.
Keith’s classes focus on the universal principles of alignment and finding a
flow between poses. His classes draw inspiration from his Ashtanga and
Anusara studies, as well as classes with Shiva Rea and Saul David Raye.
Keith is dedicated to improving the studentship in the St Louis area and
does so by teaching more intermediate/advanced level ideas in every class.
“The deeper the pose can be through the breath and aligning ourselves
properly, the more energy we can move around our bodies allowing us to
connect on a whole new level! So come! Let’s raise our vibration
together!!!”

Kim’s passion for dance helps explain her draw to the many styles of power yoga. Kim began teacher training 4 years ago at Yogafit and continues to study many different styles including Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga. She also completed Southtown Yoga's 2009 teacher training with Mitchel Bleier and Brigette Niedringhaus. She lives with a yoga attitude on and off her mat. Kim loves to cook which also means she adores to eat. She also loves photography and trying new things.
