New to the Studio?
Save some time at your first visit by filling out our new student form. We have all you need—mats, changing rooms, showers and more. Rental towels are available, but we suggest bringing your own. Coconut water is also on hand for purchase and sinks to fill those water bottles.
Our classes emphasize practice over perfection, stretch and sweat, boundaries and breath. We believe this practice provides a reset to help improve our headspace, focus and physical health. Our community operates in different phases with different aims. From phase to phase, practice may take different forms—our constant is showing up and doing the work to bring us back to our best selves.

This class is for the real beginners to delve into the basics of yoga. No experience expected. Come and get ready to grow!

An ongoing exploration of the art and science of yoga. Provides a highly attentive and supportive environment. Perfect for first-timers and ongoing students looking to refine.

An hour of play and power, yogahour is a rockin', alignment based, flow class. The room is heated and music is a must! This class is ideal for anyone wanting to get fit and have fun. All levels are welcome!
This class is heated to 85 degrees.

This open-level class is for anyone working to grow their practice. Variations to offer modification or challenges will be offered for all; beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Inversions may be introduced. Come with a willingness to learn, play and grow in the community of others!

This class offers everything our aligned flow classes offer with the bonus of pranayama and meditation at the end of class.

RESTORE + REJUVENATE WITH ROXIE

This open-level class will center around grounding and supported relaxation. A brief gentle movement sequence will precede prop-supported seated and reclined resting poses. Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, peaceful music and silence will all play a part in our quest for relaxation and rest.
EXPLORING THE PRACTICE

Yoga is a multifaceted practice that meets each of us where we are and helps us move forward. Join Candace to explore pranayama, mantra, asana, and meditation. This 2-hour practice is designed for those looking to delve deeper in exploring their own practice. We will work towards intermediate to advanced postures.

Considering a retreat, but not sure what that entails? Join Candace to learn about and discuss the upcoming retreats in 2020.
Retreats taking place are to Santa Catalina, Panama in March and Sacred Valley, Peru in November.
You will get all the information you need and be able to talk with others that have attended the previous retreats. Plus you can ask question and mix and mingle with some folks who have already signed up!

MINDFULNESS + MEDITATION FOR EVERYDAY FOLKS

Interested in learning more about the practice of mindfulness? Wanting a sangha meditation practice?
Join Candace each Tuesday morning for the opportunity to grow through discussion, practice and community. Each week there will be a short dharma discussion, with emphasis on how to incorporate the practice into everyday living. Guided practice will last 20-30 minutes with the opportunity for practitioners to sit on their own until 10 am.
